PART 1
A client calls a broker and search for a wine to buy. The broker will search what he have in stock or what other Ciatti's offices have in stock.
By doing so he will be able to tell him right away on the phone what he has available as wine to sell.
? The Broker has two ways of looking for Items :
- through Aperture and
- through Inventory.
The Broker can choose to start from Aperture menu.
As a reminder:
- 'Office Items with Samples' - this means that these Items are available in the Sample Room;
- 'Office Items without Samples' - the Items are available in this Office, but there are no Samples in the Sample Room, the Broker has to retrieve the Samples himself;
- 'Items in other Ciatti's Offices' - the Items are available in Ciatti's offices in a different country;
- 'Items in archives' - the Items are old, they were already used in the past.
PART 2
Second way, The Broker can look for Items through the Inventory by searching records or filtering the table.
In order to do so, the Broker needs to choose the menu on the left of your Dashboard and press 'Inventory'.
The search is quite similar but be careful:
- each time you change the order of columns/ filters: it will be saved by default. You will have to redo and reorder your arrangement by default.
- the results are not sorted and filtered easily.
