A Buy spec is a product a customer is looking to buy, it's an Item with specific descriptions requested by the customer. You can match any Item in your Inventory with a Buy Spec.
In order to match an Item with a Buy Spec you need to go to the menu on the left of your 'Dashboard' and choose 'Inventory'.
After that, in the additional menu that appears you need to choose one of the following options that contains Items :
Bulk
Bottled
Grapes
Hop
Spirits
RGMC
Now that you have entered the Inventory Table, you can match any Item with a Buy Spec by clicking on the Item ID.
After clicking on the Item ID, you need to press the button 'Matching Buy Spec' which will allow you to find a matching Buy Spec to your Item.
In the additional menu that appears select a Buy Spec according to your needs among all the choice you have.
Now, in the additional column that appears in the top press 'Assign Item to Buy Spec'.
